working speed will depend on the queue and my own personal workload, I am a full time student. It could take me up to 3 months to finish a commission, but I will inform you in advance if this seems to be the case

if there is a deadline, an extra fee will be added

after the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made

I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. the client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use

commissioner cannot claim artwork as their own, if the work is posted, I must be credited directly every time

commissioner may post their artwork on their personal space/media

I have the right to refuse a commission without needing a reason

you must agree to no charge backs, if you pay 50% upfront, you will receive 50% finished work of the commission

Do not put my art through AI for any reason, and do not post on any NFT websites

progress updates will be sent.. a lot... but for the most part, you will receive the rough sketch and clean up/lineart and flat colors.

During these two stages, the client is allowed 3 free revisions for each, anything more than that will be charged, see description.

After the final piece is received, I will not make any major changes (ie: color changes, pose changes, outfit changes, etc.)
